2. Use of this Website

When you visit this website, technical access data is processed automatically, including your IP address, date and time of access, requested page or file, browser and operating system information, referrer URL and technical request data.

This data is processed to provide the website, ensure its security and stability, diagnose technical issues and prevent misuse. Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR; our legitimate interest is the secure and reliable operation of this website.

Server log files are stored for 90 days and then deleted, unless longer storage is required in individual cases for security reasons.

3. Hosting

This website is hosted on Microsoft Azure in a region within the European Union. Microsoft processes technical access data as a processor on our behalf under a data processing agreement.

4. Local Storage

This website stores your selected display theme (e.g. light or dark mode) in your browser's local storage. This is used solely to provide a function you have requested and is not used for analytics, tracking, advertising or profiling (§ 25 para. 2 no. 2 TDDDG). You can delete local storage at any time through your browser settings.

5. Cookies, Analytics and External Fonts

This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking tools, and does not load external fonts from third-party servers.

6. Contact by Email

If you contact us by email, we process the information contained in your message (typically your email address, name if provided, and message content) to respond to your enquiry and handle the communication.

Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR; or Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR where the communication relates to a contract or pre-contractual measures.

Email is handled via Microsoft 365. Messages are retained as long as necessary to process the enquiry and in accordance with any statutory retention obligations.

7. Recipients and International Transfers

Personal data may be processed by service providers supporting our website and communication systems, in particular Microsoft (Azure hosting and Microsoft 365 email).

The website is hosted in the European Union. Access by Microsoft group companies or subprocessors outside the EU/EEA cannot be entirely excluded in support cases. Any such transfers are based on appropriate safeguards under the GDPR, in particular standard contractual clauses.

8. Your Rights

Subject to the legal requirements, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time with effect for the future.
